The location is super convenient and the rooms r clean and neat. It's close to everything and perfect for exploring perth! The kitchen was a nice bonus for making my own meals. I also liked having free parking, even tho it was a bit tight. A decent stay for the price.
the staff were pretty unfriendly and the $200 deposit hold was a pain, took too long to get back after check-out.

the location was particularly good: shopping centres and a supermarket were within walking distance. the beach was beautiful. we had room which had climate control, a balcony, and a kitchenette and was neat and budget.

It was tidy, I would return here. The idea to include coffee/tea making equipment, fridges, and glassware in the triple room was nice. The personnel was caring and attentive. The service was good with parking on street. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

Limited parking spots for the number of rooms!!! The shower poorly drains, leading to puddles!!! The outdated kitchen lacked basic cleanliness and made it unfit for cooking!!!

The hotel was conveniently located, within easy ride from Perth airport. For dinner we visited Montereys Brasserie, set only 700 ft away. Situated 5 mins walk from langley park and so close to other tourist spots;)))

City Waters Motel surprised me with its spacious room that included a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness stood out, with fresh linens and a super clean bathroom. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the friendly reception staff who were always ready to help. The parking situation was limited was good. The outdated bathroom fixtures need some attention. The exhaust fan was dusty and the shower had poor drainage, causing puddles. A few improvements are needed, but the value for money and room comfort were nice.

Our stay at City Waters was pleasant and comfortable, having everything we needed for cooking etc.We would have preferred to have a lounge or more comfortable chairs to sit in whilst relaxing or watching television. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and our room was serviced well daily. The hotel was reasonably close to where we needed to go each day, ie Convention Centre. We would be happy to return there next time.

Excellent cleaning service and change of towels.
Had the look of Butlins in the 60's.

City Waters has an excellent location close to city attractions, free transport, and the river. The rooms have a separate kitchen with full cooking facilities/fridge and whilst dated is clean and very functional. Excellent price. David at reception is friendly and helpful.. I wil definitely stay there again for value for money and convenience.
Only two floors but no lift

great location but dated facilities
The location was fantastic, just steps away from the river! The view of the river from my room was calming and enjoyable. The staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions.
The facilities seemed a bit outdated and in need of modernization.

The independence of having the room and kitchen to myself. The way all the facilities worked well - tv, kitchen equipment, wonderful hot water.
Too shady for a Brit! I'd have liked more daylight.
